The shop where you will find unique models and figurines for your dioramas
  • The resin used

UVA resin , also called photopolymerizable resin, gets its name from its main property: its ability to harden under the effect of ultraviolet light (UV-A). It may happen that some pieces you receive are not dry enough, (they stick a little to the fingers)… Don't worry, place them in the sun for 10 minutes and they will be perfect.

  • Prepare your parts

Resin kits, such as those offered by War Models Kit, offer an impressive level of detail, but their preparation requires careful attention. Examine each part of the kit. Parts may have rods still attached that must be removed with a precise modeling blade.

  • The collage

UVA resin is bonded with cyanoacrylate glue (or cyanolite). Cyanoacrylate glue is known as "super glue". Due to its viscosity, a thin layer is sufficient for an effective bond. Use the glue in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling the vapors, which can irritate the respiratory tract.

  • The painting

Painting is an essential step in bringing your War Models Kit models to life, whether they are tanks or figurines. However, before diving into this creative step, surface preparation is crucial to achieve an optimal result. Applying a primer is a key step that should not be overlooked.
