The German LeFH18 105mm Howitzer Gun Model Kit is a detailed reproduction of one of the most iconic guns of German artillery during World War II. The LeFH18 (short for "leichte FeldHaubitze 18") is a 105mm howitzer, designed to provide effective firepower while being relatively maneuverable on the battlefield. Commissioned in 1935, the LeFH18 became the backbone of German artillery on most fronts of World War II. It was particularly appreciated for its versatility, being able to be used both for indirect artillery and for direct support fire against enemy positions. It played an important role in battles in Eastern Europe, North Africa, as well as on the Western Front.
