The Simca 5 , also nicknamed "Topolino" (Italian for "little mouse"), is a popular small car of the 1930s and 1940s, derived from the Italian Fiat 500 and produced under license in France by Simca. During World War II, several examples of this light car were used by the German army due to their low fuel consumption and maneuverability, particularly suited to urban areas and narrow roads.
